Cancellation Policy

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. Emails should be directed to ExamReview@PotomacTutors.com. Written cancellations received on or before Thursday, May 20, 2010 will receive a refund less a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations requested between Friday, May 21, 2010 and Wednesday, May 26, 2010 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after Thursday, May 27, 2010.

No-Show Policy

Students who do not attend the class REGARDLESS OF REASON are NOT entitled to a refund.

Performance Guarantee

We guarantee to provide prepared and capable teachers to teach the Exam Review Classes. In addition, we guarantee that the material reviewed in the classes will be important information related to the subject being reviewed and relevant to the students in the class as they prepare to take their exams. We do not guarantee, however, that all the material reviewed will be exactly relevant to a student's upcoming exam, nor do we offer any guarantee with respect to exam performance.
