For Exam Review ClassesWritten cancellations received prior to April 26, 2012 will receive a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after April 27, 2012. For May and June Exam Review Classes, written cancellations received prior to May 19, 2012 will receive a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after May 20, 2012. No-Show PolicyStudents who do not attend the class are NOT entitled to a refund REGARDLESS OF REASON.Performance GuaranteeWe guarantee to provide prepared and capable teachers to teach the classes. In addition, we guarantee that the material reviewed in the classes will be important information related to the subject being reviewed and relevant to the students in the class as they prepare to take their exams. Due to the many factors that contribute to student performance, we do not guarantee any particular score on any exam.
